Personalized Hobbit Ears
Cut out front and back shapes out of several layers of construction paper; added thin hot glue layer inside/outside, fitting it to ears at each cooling; built up hot glue layers for proper shape; hand-painted to match skin.
Teal Alien Face
For a Star Wars fan film; paper mâché base with cardboard reinforcement and elastic band around back; snout made of found objects; eyes made from styrofoam covered in fabric, lined with hot glue; hot glue details; eye slits hidden among forehead ridges.

For a Star Wars fan film; paper mâché and fabric base; fabric face tentacles with hot glue dots as suckers; sunglass lenses in eyes; combed-out yarn for hair with beads; acrylic paint details.
Ithorian (Hammerhead) Alien Head Piece
For a Star Wars fan film; thin cardboard base; painted fabric for details, back half of head, and veiling face; styrofoam, paint, and glaze for eyes; fishing wire connects face to back to retain upright position; bag of weights hangs at neck for balance.
